There’s a new opportunity for all of those of you in elementary school. Wichita State University has an auditions contest not unlike KHSAA for elementary students in grades 1 through 6. It will be held on February 15 and requires only one memorized piece with a critique and rating given. We’d like you to enter if at all possible.

HAPTA students will be joining others from 120 countries around the world in a new kind of musical holiday: “One for anyone and everyone.” France began the holiday in 1982, calling it “Fête de la Musique.”
